San Francisco organist Angela Kraft Cross plays selections from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Clavierubungen III (also known as the German Organ Mass), including the mighty “E-flat Prelude and Fugue,” on the newly refurbished Centennial Pipe Organ.

Symphonic Winds: Catfish Row

Written by George Gershwin, our concert version of Porgy and Bess, featuring soprano Daun Weiss and baritone Chris Withrow, includes such pieces as “Summertime” and “I Got Plenty of Nothing.” The band also performs Egmont by Bert Appermont, featuring Professor Tobin Roye on guitar and student Chris Navarrete on trumpet, and the Fenland Suite with Professor Emeritus David Rothe playing the Centennial Pipe Organ.
